Nestory is built by Blakard Technology Inc. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how you can get it back or delete it.
You can delete your Nestory account at any time from inside the app: Settings → Account → Delete Account. No email or support request is required.
When you delete your account, we permanently remove:
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. We do not keep a recoverable copy. Routine encrypted backups may retain data for a short rolling window before being overwritten, after which no copy remains.
Deleting your account does not cancel a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google, not by us, and must be cancelled in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
If you cannot access the app, email [email protected] from the address on your account and we will process the deletion for you.
